Cryolophosaurus - I think it would be cool to see arctic dino in the game.
Small herbivores - Dryosaurus, Psittacosaurus, Microceratus/Microceratops, Othnielia, Hypsilophodon, Mussaurus Koreanosaurus and Koreaceratops.
Concavenator - We've seen him as a statue in Fallen Kingdom, let us have him in game!
Euoplocephalus - Smaller Ankylo, why not?
Maiasaurus and Hadrosaurus - They were in the novel but not in the movie.
Ornitholestes - It's a pretty cool dino.
Rugops - He's DNA was used to create Indominus Rex, he deserves to be in game.
Lesothosaurus - Another small carnivore.
Coelurus - Why not?
Pelaroplytes (or whatever it's called) - He has appeared in Fallen kingdom but only as a skeleton. Shame!
Protoceratops - Smaller trike, why not?
Minmi - Smaller Ankylo, why not?
Oxalia - I want accurate spino.
Bajadasaurus and Amargasaurus - Why not?
Thanos - Every Marvel fan would be happy.
Deinocheirus - It's the weirdest dino ever.
Chilantaisaurus - Why not?
Centrosaurus - Why not?
Zhuchengtyrannus - Smaller Rexy.
Rajasaurus - I've never heard about him but it could be an interesting addition.
Gojirasaurus - Godzilla fans would be happy.
Megalosaurus - It's one of the first discovered dinosaurs.
Feathered Raptor - Maybe Utahraptor or Deinonychus.

Other reptiles:
Postosuchus - It would be nice to see him.

Nanotyrannus is a juvenile T.rex. i had doubts of its existence.
