Before watching/judging: no intention of name & shame as it was all polite, the featured CMDR did a "menu log" (so allowed within game rules) but CMDR Gemma Diavoli just wanted to give some additional advice from the PvPers point of view (term "considered" has been used) and further clarifications/advice regarding engineering/builds and also the risks of being pledged to a power etc have been provided during the long (13+ minutes) conversation.

I used to be a pirate for a season, long long ago in a system (Borann 2) far far away..
Combat logging would have never existed if you were still in game for 3 minutes or so if you was logged out or lost connection, but I'm not the one who making up the rules after all 
That's the way it works in ESO. Granted, sometimes you die when you disconnect in a battle due to crappy Internet, but them's the breaks.
